Bluesail produces packed whole fish and fillets from a wide variety of species found in our local waters.
We also import fresh and frozen fish from France when there is a strong import demand.
For our high volume products such as mackerel and lemon soles, we have introduced our own "Cornish Seas" labels showing our regional provenance, clear traceability records are maintained throughout our production and packing system.
